PeoplesLab: Basics Workshop
PeoplesLab offers individuals and organizations practical and adaptive tools to navigate interpersonal, organizational and societal conflict, uncovering social and psychological blind spots and fostering honest relations. Participants in this training are facilitators, teachers, civic artists and leaders needing nuanced social engagement tools to meet personal and cultural differences amongst the people they work with.
The Basics Workshop is designed to develop introspection and interaction amongst and between participants. The curriculum of Tools of Engagement, are reflexive, somatic and procedural skillsets to build self-knowledge, bias awareness, and conflict engagement.
Created for people working with people, PeoplesLab programs realign thinking to build more equitable, generative relations that lead to effective collaboration and social change. People emerge from the Lab as more thoughtful and responsive individuals, capable of meeting life’s most challenging moments with grace, generosity and strength.
